About the Event
Join Pullman Young Professionals and Birch & Barley on Sunday, November 29, for a unique opportunity to help create Birch & Barley’s 2026–2027 seasonal winter cocktail menu!
Participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at the cocktail development process while sampling 15–20 seasonal cocktail creations, sharing feedback, and helping select the final lineup for the winter menu. Birch & Barley’s bartenders will guide the experience, offering an opportunity to explore different flavors, learn about cocktail creation, and connect with other young professionals. Snacks will also be provided throughout the tasting.
